A1: About 100 workers, 2000 square meters showroom. 8000 sqaure meters workshop. 30 containers per month.

Q2. What's terms and conditions?
A2:EXW/CIF/CFR/DDU/DDP if LCL, FOB/CIF if FCL. 100% payment byT/T 30% as deposit, 70%balance paid before loading.

Q3.Do you provide design/drawing service if new room?
A3:Our professional CAD designer can draw the plan for your floor according to your requirement.

Q4. Do they difficult for assemblying?
A4: Installation Guide Diagram are available for each item. The installation Vedio can be offered if necessary for new items.

Q5. How do you deal with complaint from customers?
A5: Respone within hours.all oods was inspected &assembling before packing.And make package in good condition. Or replacement in nest shipment. If not next shipment, will send replacement but not including freight.
